With over 23 years’ experience in the sales, recruiting and training environments, Mike LaCroix is recognized as a visionary leader and change agent who firmly believes that “through positive attitudes and action come positive results.” Mike is co-founder and President/CEO of DJM Business Solutions, where he has teamed up with top resources and contributors to offer a wide array of expertise and tools in professional and business development. Capitalizing on a window of opportunity to serve an often overlooked market, DJM Business Solutions is a resource that provides expert strategies designed to lead small businesses to success.
Mike brings a sincere passion for helping others to this business, as evidenced by his over 24 years of military service as well as working for a non-profit organization. By employing an entrepreneurial philosophy and a desire to serve a higher calling, he and his partners have built a company, positioned to become a major player in the small business marketplace.
Most recently, Mike excelled at a regional university, serving as a satellite operations manager. Through innovation, hard work and tenacity, he quickly became a lead player of the team, increasing the visibility, enrollment and stature of the University to an all time high within his market. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Bellevue University.
Previous to his current career, Mike served his country for over 24 years in the military, bringing with him a vast knowledge of governmental expertise in the finance and procurement areas.
